At the heart of this organisation is to raise a confident girl child and inspire her to achieve her purpose in God. I am a product of mentoring by an amazing woman who literally did life with me and this shapes my passion to mentor young girls and passes on all that I have received. I believe that I must leave my life beyond myself and for a greater purpose. I want to leave a legacy for the next generation. I am proudly Kenyan, I'm a mother and a wife and I work in the field of HR management and Administration. I am also a missionary and I'm always reaching out to share the Love from the Father heart of God. I enjoy travelling and being out in nature, reading all kinds of books and to the one who created me. I'm his songbird!

Rodah was born and raised in Kenya. She is married and has 5 children, 2 being adopted and in their teens. Being a Kenyan girl I'm able to identify with the challenges that the young girls go through especially when it comes to their periods having come from poverty-stricken homes. Purchasing pads becomes a luxury in some homes and not a necessity. In 2012 my friend Carol witnessed one such needy case of a girl borrowing money to buy pads and she invited me to join her in donating sanitary pads for them, which I did Asap.! I saw it as an opportunity to impact the lives of these girls - till today we forge on every year! I am passionate about the youth, women, big heart for Sunday school. I also Like Worshipping, jogging, reading and adventures.

She enjoys working at Talitha Teens Foundation because she believes the organisation provides a platform to restore, equip and release women and girls to fulfil their purpose in today’s world. She also passionate about her work because it allows her to work in projects that are dedicated to creating positive change by restoring dignity through training, awareness and life skills programs. I love Jesus and this has fueled my desire to serve Him and others. Having been born, raised and living in Kenya, I constantly witness challenges young people are facing that have become hindrances for them to walk in their full potential. Am passionate about teaching and mentoring young people to navigate through these challenges and empower them by helping them make informed life decisions. I also enjoy camping and if they'd only be one food to eat for the rest of my life, it would be seafood!

I am part of the dignity day facilitating team as well as a mentor to the girls we reach out to. I am a social media specialist for the team and work well with advancements on the same. On a normal day, I like spending time with friends and family for any sort of hang out and most importantly. I have come to identify with the hashtag #NormalizeSpendingTimeWithGod. I thrive so much in capturing memories be it in photography or videography and with that any outdoor activity is always a plan for me 💯 💯 💯
